Who is responsible

Rick Voogd, based in North Holland, the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information collected

Partnership enquiries

When you use the partnership form, the following information is collected:

• brand or company name;
• your name, email address and telephone number;
• partnership type and the contents of your message;
• security verification information generated by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Technical information

Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, request information, browser and device information, timestamps and security signals. The website does not use its own analytics profile or advertising tracker.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling enquiries and potential collaborations: to review your proposal, reply by email or telephone and take steps toward a possible agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
• Business communication: to retain context about prior discussions and manage professional relationships. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting a creator business.
• Security and abuse prevention: to prevent spam, automated submissions, fraud and attacks. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the website and contact channel secure.
• Legal and administrative obligations: to retain information required for tax, accounting, disputes or legal compliance. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation and, where relevant, establishing or defending legal claims.

No information submitted through the form is used for newsletters, behavioural advertising or automated decision-making.

Service providers and recipients

• Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, security and Turnstile bot protection.
• Resend delivers partnership form submissions as email.
• Google / Gmail receives and stores those messages in the business inbox.
• Google / YouTube provides video thumbnails and, after you choose to play a video, the embedded player.

These providers may process information in the EEA, the United States or other countries in which they operate. Where required, a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses applies.

Personal information is not sold or rented.

YouTube content

The website displays thumbnails served by YouTube. Requesting a thumbnail may disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the requesting page to Google.

The embedded player is not loaded until you select Play video. It then loads from youtube-nocookie.com. Google may receive device, network and interaction information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. According to YouTube, this prevents embedded views from being used to personalise the viewer’s YouTube browsing experience. It does not mean Google receives no data.

How long information is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. This allows previous discussions to be understood if a brand contacts Rick again.

If an enquiry leads to a collaboration, relevant correspondence is kept for the relationship and afterwards only as needed for contractual follow-up, disputes or legal obligations. Information forming part of the tax or business administration may be retained for seven years, or longer where a specific legal duty requires it.

Technical and security information is retained according to the relevant provider’s settings and only as long as reasonably necessary for security and service operation.

Important: email being present in an inbox is not, by itself, a reason to keep it indefinitely. Messages that are no longer needed should be deleted in line with the periods above.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Send a request to voogd.business@gmail.com. Additional information may be requested only where reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Requests will normally be answered within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, including HTTPS, restrictive browser security headers, server-side validation, Cloudflare Turnstile, limited form fields and protected service credentials. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
